Throughout my career I have proudly represented individuals from all walks of life, entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes (plaintiffs and defendants) in a wide range of civil litigation involving personal injury/wrongful death claims, disputes arising from real estate sales transactions, easements, boundary lines, water rights, contracts, leases, and partnership agreements, among other areas. I also have substantial experience negotiating and drafting contracts, commercial leases, easements and agreements for the purchase or sale of small businesses.

While I am always prepared to take my client's case to trial – a resolve that must be clearly impressed upon an adversary from the outset of every case – obtaining a "successful" outcome in a given case does not necessarily involve going to trial after enduring years of court proceedings. In truth, only a very small percentage of legal disputes actually go to trial. In the majority of cases I handle, I can usually eliminate the need for protracted litigation, and in many instances even the need to file suit, by employing a carefully planned, aggressive strategy which results in a negotiated resolution that is not only cost effective, but also consistent with my client's goals. That's what my clients pay me for — to get results. When, however, going to trial is a client imperative or otherwise becomes necessary, my client can rely on my extensive courtroom experience to obtain a successful verdict at trial.
